To many scam artists and to difficult to report them. I have screen capture evidence! I see why the other sites like Amazon et all are doing so well compared to eBay. When you report this, the time it takes and the responses from the seller allow them to cash in and run. They allow pop-up merchants to advertise and send you a different product.
Increasingly I see eBay as not a viable option to make my purchases. They may have it somewhere, but I could not find it. Over two hours I tried to find a link to report such a fraud without any luck. Of course I wanted to report this fraudulent advertising to eBay but that is not possible.

I do and I look at Market place to my surprise am finding most things I want or need in decent time. They went into partners with the Government so they to can rip us off. They are frauds and so are a lot of the sellers they promote. As long as money is tied up and being used thru eBay they make money like a bank. I was ripped off for 580 and eBay drags their feet having no communication avenue to quickly remedy the situation even though you can see in the messages from seller that I’m being scammed. So it’s obvious eBay is no longer a trustworthy place to shop. Then after a couple weeks you may get your money back and the seller gets to keep on scamming others while borrowing your money for that period of time. They make sure to take their cut up front and you’ve paid up front only to receive less than you bought or nothing at all. They promote untrustworthy sellers who provide very low quality service and even out right scammer tactics. Oh what a great day it will be when a class action lawsuit comes to ebay for such fraudulent and deceptive business practices.ĮBay has become a terrible low quality place to shop. So when you are a buyer on ebay know that not only will their tracking system be trusted over you when you don't get what you paid for, their policies of 100% buyer guarantee will get thrown out the window. Since they have there imaginary tracking system they also will not refund you your purchase! So there imaginary tracking system is just as real as there 100% buyer protection. If people buy sports cards or collectible cards ebay has invted a scam system of which they can guesstimate if a card has been delivered and declaired as such, when in fact the item was NOT delivered. They can negotiate rates with the PO but they can't get them to deliver the pkgs? You can pay (and of course it's your customer who pays) for tracking numbers and now I see they are still holding the sellers responsible "holding funds" with the post office sitting on the items somewhere.
